Congratulations on your pregnancy! Celebrate this beautiful chapter with a natural, elegant and timeless maternity photography session in my Chester studio.
I recommend booking between 28–36 weeks, when your bump is beautifully rounded and, for most mums, you’re still comfortable being photographed. Sessions can also be arranged earlier or later depending on how you feel.
With soft, gentle light, natural neutral colours and simple, flattering poses, I’ll gently guide you throughout your session to create beautiful portraits you’ll cherish for years to come.
Maternity Photosession
These sessions are all about creating warm, natural and timeless portraits that you’ll still love looking back on years from now. We focus on gentle light, natural backgrounds and relaxed moments rather than overly posed or complicated images.
You’ll be gently guided throughout the session, with simple, flattering poses and natural movement to help you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. The aim is to create photographs that feel like you — elegant, beautiful and authentic.
Your session also includes a personal 30-minute viewing appointment straight afterwards, where we’ll look through your photographs together and you can choose your favourite images to keep and cherish for years to come.

Securing Your Booking
A £60 booking fee is required within 24 hours of your request to secure your chosen date and time.
The £60 booking fee will then be taken off the total price of your chosen package,

Natural Maternity Photography Session

The Natural Maternity Session is perfect for mums who love soft, elegant and timeless photography.
These sessions are photographed using gentle, beautiful light, natural backgrounds and simple styling to create images that feel warm and authentic. Rather than complicated or overly posed photographs, you’ll be gently guided through natural, flattering poses and movements so you feel comfortable and confident throughout your session.
The focus is on you, your pregnancy and this special chapter of your life — creating photographs that feel natural and beautiful and that you’ll still love looking at years from now.
Your session can include a selection of simple maternity outfits, with styling kept elegant and timeless. Partners and children can also be included if you wish, allowing us to capture the connection between you and your growing family.
Fine Art Maternity Photography Session
Elegant • Creative • Artistic
For mums who would like something a little more styled and artistic, the Fine Art Maternity Session offers additional time and creative options.
With the Fine Art experience, there is more time to explore different looks and create a greater variety of images. This can include larger, more dramatic maternity dresses, different backgrounds, more detailed styling, beautiful fabrics and additional creative setups.
There is also a greater focus on the fine art editing and finishing of your images, helping to create a more polished, artistic feel while still keeping the photographs elegant and true to you.
If you have a particular colour, background or style in mind, the Fine Art Session gives us more flexibility to create something different from the natural setup.
Whether you prefer the warmth and simplicity of our Natural Maternity Session or the creativity and elegance of a Fine Art Maternity Session, the aim is always the same — to create beautiful photographs celebrating you, your pregnancy and this once-in-a-lifetime chapter.

If you prefer printed photographs, you can purchase individual prints from your gallery. Printed photographs are not included in the session fee and have a minimum spend of £100.
