A Beautifully Styled Newborn Experience

Your newborn session is more than simply taking photographs of your baby. It is a carefully planned experience where we take our time to create a beautiful, artistic gallery of your baby's first precious days, together with portraits of the people who love them most.

In my calm and cosy Chester studio, your session can take up to three hours. This gives us plenty of time to create a beautiful variety of images using different backgrounds, colours, textures, props, wraps, outfits and carefully styled setups.

A Beautifully Personalised Session

Throughout your session, we will create as many different setups as we can comfortably achieve within the time available. Everything can be tailored to your personal taste, from the colours and backgrounds to the props, outfits and overall style of your images.

Whether you prefer simple, timeless portraits or beautifully styled fine art images, we can create a collection that reflects what you love. We can work with a colour palette that complements your home and your personal style, creating photographs that feel beautiful and completely personal to you.

The three-hour session allows us to work at a relaxed pace rather than rushing from one setup to the next. There is plenty of time for feeding, changing, cuddling and settling your baby whenever needed, while still allowing us to create a wonderfully varied gallery.

Family & Sibling Photographs Included

Your session is not just about your new baby. Family and sibling photographs are included in every newborn session, giving you the opportunity to capture those beautiful first connections together.

We will create portraits with parents, siblings and your baby, as well as individual images of your newborn, so your gallery tells the complete story of this special time in your family's life.

Relaxed, Baby-Led & Unhurried

With over 15 years of newborn photography experience, I understand that no two babies are the same. Your baby's comfort always comes first, and we work around their needs throughout the session.

Everything you need for the session is provided, including beautiful wraps, blankets, outfits, props and accessories. You can simply relax and enjoy this special time with your family while I carefully create your photographs.

The result is a beautifully personalised fine art newborn gallery, filled with artistic portraits, family connections and precious memories from those fleeting first days.
